14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind, you have the right to return the goods you have purchased, as long as they do not show signs of being worn. We will only accept products that are in their original package and condition. They should be in the bag and have all the original tags and labels attached. Should you not comply with these instructions, the products may be sent back to you.
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return the purchased goods.
With the exception of exchanges due to sizing, in which one product is exchanged by another of a different size free of charge, all returns will have an additional cost of € 10.00 (ten euros). This amount can be converted into credit for a new order placed at that time.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In order to return an item, you should fill in the form available on the website.
Once the form is submitted, we will analyse it and, if the return is authorized and it is an international delivery, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a freight bill.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND
You can generally expect a refund within 10 days of the date we received the returned good. We beg for your understanding, as it is necessary to receive the product, analyse it and begin the return and refund process.
Refunds will be credited to the credit or gift card used to finalize the purchase.
Shall you decide not to place a new order at that time, a 10.00 euros return fee will be deducted from the total amount to be credited.
RETURNING A GIFT
Please contact us via email – hello@ritagoesy.com – and state the name of the buyer, the order number and the items you wish to return.
Refunds will to be credited to the buyer’s credit or gift card used to finalize the purchase, or the customer can decide to exchange it for a new product available on the online shop.
CONSTRAINTS
We reserve the right to only accept returns or refund customers who have placed orders directly on the website. Any other request regarding products bought through resellers will be declined. If you fail to comply with these terms, you will not get a refund.
Because monitors display colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate and match the colour of the articles listed on the online shop.
