PAYMENT
Payment is made at checkout via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or RITAGOESBY Gift Card.
If you experience any problems during checkout, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you want to research shipping costs and taxes associated to a specific address, please add your preferred items to the shopping bag and initiate the payment process.
PROMOTION CODES
After placing the items in your “shopping bag”, introduce the promotional code in the indicated field. Only one promotion code can be used per order.
All Terms and Conditions fully apply to orders placed using promo codes.
If you return any of the products, your refund will equal the amount you paid for it and will be credited to your bank or gift card.
PRODUCT PRICING
Even though we will try to include as much information about the products listed on the website as possible, there might be occasional, non-substantial mistakes. Should that occur, you can always cancel your order or validate it based on the correct price.
